I specialize in treating addictions, depression, anxiety and trauma. I offer quarterly cohorts for high achieving, professional women who struggle with neurodivergence, executive function issues & Attention Deficit Disorder. I also provide trainings/seminars in the community on critical incident stress management, suicide prevention & anger management.
