I operate from a TEAM-CBT perspective, an advanced cognitive-behavior therapy that I will tailor to you. I also use other evidenced based tools like Dialectical-Behavior Therapy & Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with anxiety disorders. For those who want it, I also incorporate Christian Counseling.
