I am actively attuned and engaged with clients and use an integrative approach, drawing when appropriate from a range of modalities and lenses (CBT, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Internal Family Systems, and Object Relations). My goal is to meet the person where they are with what they need. The therapeutic process often results in psychological maturation and improvements in both inner life and relationships.
I work with adults living with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and a range of other mental health challenges. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health, as the person is not defined by a diagnosis. I recognize and honor people as complex and layered, all containing the same sacred spark.
I work beside the individual while helping them spur personal growth and healing potentiality within the boundaries of a safe and honest therapeutic relationship.
