We will work together to find ways to meet your needs and work toward your goals, and build from there. Our plan will evolve as we move forward in a collaborative way. This is for you, and my job is to support you.
Every client has their own situation but a common goal - to improve their lives. If you don't have a diagnosis but feel you need some help we can explore what you need and work towards resolving it. If you're living with a diagnosis such as bipolar disorder, attachment disorders, or others, I have the specific knowledge to address them with you.
