I work with people on trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have been certified with trauma work (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional) and I primarily use cognitive behavioral, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness based approaches. I also offer walk and talk therapy, so if sitting across from me isn't your thing, lets walk!
