I'm a compassionate LPC-Associate under the supervision of Dr. Stacia Alexander, who focuses on mental health, providing a non-judgmental, safe space where clients have the freedom to grow at their own pace. I aim to educate, encourage, & equip individuals with tools/resources to help them maintain self-care, emotional/mental/spiritual wellness, and experience transformation. I specialize in trauma-informed care, grief/loss, and self-care/stress management. I also help clients who have issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and career/purpose.
I typically work with women (not limited to) who have difficulties adjusting to life's major transitions related to an identity crisis, self-esteem, purpose, or unresolved traumas. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused approach, person-centered, and a faith-based approach when requested.
I also enjoy working with individuals in the helping profession such as other counselors or ministers (men or women). I believe we all could benefit from connecting with the right counselor who can help us experience growth, relief, and understanding of our life's challenges.
