My experience of 15 years includes crisis intervention, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, women's issues and cancer support. I incorporate Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioral , Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Feminist, Humanistic therapies and Mindfulness skills in my practice.
