Understanding your own journey is one of the bravest things you will ever do for yourself. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other approaches that will best fit the client’s needs. I also have over 21 years of ministry experience that can help individuals struggling with spiritual matters, deconstruction of their belief systems, or integrating faith to facilitate healing.
