My professional goal is to empower adults, adolescents, transitional age youth, and children to overcome mental, emotional, behavioral, and social limitations in order to significantly improve ones' personal, family, academia, occupational, and social interactions. My therapeutic approach is from a clinical and holistic specialized perspective. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA BBS 114176) and I have worked with over 300 Serious and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI), Co-occurring, Military, and Incarcerated individuals as well as their families, since 2010 in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
As your therapist, I am committed to provide you with a high standard of therapeutic care that will support each of your concerns. My focus will always be on your issues you may be struggling with at this time. I continuously attend qualified professional trainings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to ensure you receive the most updated clinical care.
I have been on the forefront in this field, gaining significant experiences in order to take on the mildest to the severest therapy cases. As I child through adulthood, I have struggled with various mental health issues and have found a way to balance my symptoms to a manageable level, as I will also take this journey with you to achieve your results.
