Our focus in therapy will be to start from the ground up, because strong foundations make rock steady lives, & identifying structures/behaviors/patterns is a great way to focus on personal development & goals. Together, we will work to identify your symptoms & overcome the obstacles in your way. Sometimes an outsider's perspective can be exactly what you need- someone whose opinion you can trust to be objective.
We'd love to help you feel better! You may notice a difference after only a few sessions, or it may take more in-depth work. Either way, we are here to help you navigate through the twists and turns of life. Give us a call and tell us your story, and we'll work with you to make it better. You don't always need to make drastic changes to improve yourself.
Hours: Monday-Wednesday (hours vary– some weekend appointments) call for availability. LMHC/LMSW accepts Aetna, BCBS, Presbyterian, Molina and Western Skies, and all Medicaid plans. (clinical who is currently being supervised ) Habla Español.
