This can be a sign of unresolved emotional trauma or unacknowledged hurt. Once this is recognized, the healing starts and your true voice is heard.
I use a variety of techniques my clients have found very helpful. They describe feeling safe and free to be themselves when we are in session. This 6-8 session workshop provides a supportive space for women to explore and work through various personal growth and healing topics.
