My practice encompasses a wide range of clients, with a specialization in addressing relationship issues, family conflicts, and relational trauma. Over the course of my career, I have counseled thousands of individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, I have facilitated seminars and classes globally, and dedicating over ten years to supporting clients in their journey towards healing and growth.
My trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couple Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allow me to tailor my approach based on clients needs. Additionally, I offer Brainspotting to process traumatic memories and alleviate symptoms of emotional distress.
Together we will work on processing past traumas, understanding what keeps you stuck, breaking those dysfunctional patterns that hold you back in life, learning new coping skills, and building healthier relationships with yourself, your partner, and your family.
