My mission is to provide therapy to assist individuals in achieving emotional balance and well-being through therapy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative tailored to meet your specific needs. I bring a relational, insight- oriented perspective to our work together. My therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence practices, including CBT, DBT, CPT, TFCBT. When appropriate I incorporate attachment theory and object relations theory.
