Hello, my name is Eseoghene (s-e) Oniwor and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize a client centered approach meeting that you determine the goal, area of focus or topic addressed to improve your wellbeing. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, crisis, relationship and adjustment disorders. In therapy theoretical approaches used are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing.
Therapy is a collaborative process incorporating your opinion, background, experience and information to tailor recommendations and interventions to you. Together we will identify goals to achieve your identified goal to improve your wellbeing.
