As a therapist, I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and providing a collaborative space tailored to the needs of each person. As such, I’m a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is a key component in helping my clients create long lasting change. Through our work together, you will learn how to explore your emotions and notice unhelpful ways of thinking. In addition, we will explore the ideas you hold about yourself, others and the world around you. My goal is to help you develop the tools necessary to create a life in which you feel more in control.
My approach to treatment is client centered, with close attention to individual difference. I have found that careful attention to diversity and personal history is essential to understand my clients. I have trained in a multitude of settings and have helped support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues & racial/ethnic issues.
