My practice is focused on providing Individual therapy and family therapy for adults and adolescence who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addictions, and relational or behavioral issues.
The treatment is based on the individual need of each client. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused and Exposure Response Therapy
