My approach to therapy involves building a relationship with you as the individual who is an expert on your life experiences. I hope to build connection between mind and body and recognize that no single therapeutic approach is right for everyone. I am trained in several evidence-based models including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. I work with individuals struggling to manage anxiety, depression, trauma histories, self-esteem, and daily stressors. Each treatment plan is individualized to meet your therapeutic goals and become the best version of yourself.
I have specialized training in working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, and postpartum concerns. As a new parent, every day can feel overwhelming and my goal is to support you in making the transition as smooth as possible. I help my clients feel more present and in control of their journeys.
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients identify the tools they already have to achieve their goals. I strive to empower those I work with to find joy and purpose in their lives and my passion lies in helping clients feel whole. I look forward to supporting you!
