Does life fell like an out-of-control rollercoaster? It doesn’t have to be so draining, and relationships don’t have to be so tricky! Sometimes, we just need someone to help us understand our "whys." Guidance to organize our thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, heal past traumas, and become empowered to live as our most authentic selves. The first step is finding a partner on this journey. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, to include Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing and CBT, a form of talk therapy that helps you see how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
My focus lies in communication, relationships, intimacy issues, sexual issues (to include Sex/Love addiction, sexually maladaptive/abusive behaviors, sexual identity, pornography addiction, etc), life stressors/changes and self-empowerment. My specialized training in these areas allow me to help create lasting change to move forward as your truest self.
