I am bilingual in English and American Sign Language, aiming to create a collaborative environment where you feel seen and supported. I use various approaches to tailor therapy to your needs, focusing on a body-based approach, Somatic Experiencing (SE), to build self-awareness and regulate the nervous system's physiological responses (fight/flight/freeze).

Groups
Girls Support Group for Anxiety
This group is designed for teenage girls aged 14-17 who are struggling with anxiety. In our dedicated Girls' Support Group for Anxiety, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to address their challenges with anxiety. The group focuses on building insight, developing coping strategies, and providing support for those navigating the complexities of anxiety.
