I often work with Clients who have experiences trauma, unexpected life changes, mood disorders such as anxiety or depression, and more.
As a collaborative and systemic therapist, I work with my clients to co-create change. I do not believe therapy is a "one size fits all" treatment; rather, since everyone's story is their own, therapy should be their own as well. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with different groups such as families, couples, and individual.
