My philosophy, We all need a little help at times. Mental health is very important and takes work. I will be there to help along the way; to be a listening ear, or teach coping skills, or whatever support may be needed. My passion is to help others, help themselves.
I have worked in family preservation for three years and worked as a therapist at a lower elementary school. I have the most experience working with children ages 5-10. I also have training in providing support for children who have experienced trauma. I have experience working with adoption, postpartum depression, anxiety and depression.
