I pull from various treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, and effective interpersonal skills to create individual plans for better managing stress. I am also a trained EMDR therapist to help rewire traumatized brains. Whether adjusting to change, coping with mental illness, or dealing with traumatic events, you are not alone; it helps to talk.
I am a trauma-informed, EMDR trained psychotherapist with experiences ranging from emergency services, in-patient and partial hospital settings, to out-patient mental health and substance abuse clinics.
