Hello! I am an LMHC with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and young adults. I enjoy working with children who experience anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other adjustment difficulties due to life changes and family transitions. I also enjoy working with young adults to help support transition from childhood to adulthood and work through the adjustment of finding your own way during the post-high school, college, and graduate school years. I enjoy helping people find increased peace in their daily lives and more confidence in themselves.
I am certified in evidenced based therapies of TF-CBT, DBT, MATCH, and CBITs. I am trained in MST, BLUEs, Incredible Years, and ABA strategies. I am solutions focused and strengths based and I set specific goals for therapy progress. I also love using creative strategies including play and art therapies, talk therapy, motivational interviewing, and others.
I am a person who is passionate about human development and growth in all areas of life (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, relational, etc). I love working with children, teens, families, and young adults to build confidence and increase feelings of peace. I especially enjoy connecting a person's spirituality to their life experience.
