I earned my BS in Psychology from Belmont University & later graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a MA in Counseling Psychology. I offer individual, couples & family therapy utilizing evidenced-based methods/techniques. I specialize in trauma & have extensive experience working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm & grief.
