I offer both individual, while specializing in a variety of treatment areas, including anxiety, depression, behavioral management, and parenting. Through my warmth, compassion, and understanding, I use evidence based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness to help clients address challenges while working towards meeting their own personal goals.
I understands that cognitive restructuring can be a powerful tool to help clients overcome problematic patterns of thinking and move towards healthy and productive behavioral changes. My hope is for you to come to each session feeling accepted and free of judgment. I believe we all have the ability to make lasting change in our own lives.
