I'm a mental health counselor and my passion is helping people, getting to know people, and caring about people. I do my best to learn what the needs are of each of my clients so I can personalize each therapeutic approach. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have a special focus on childhood trauma and victims of abuse. The vast majority of my work has been serving people with trauma of all ages and communities.
My most remarkable ability is to get to know the individual and use my skill as a clinician to utilize the tools I have been given to personalize my treatment. I have used CBT, DBT, and ACT while incorporating techniques that assist those modalities, such as breathing techniques and grounding.
I’m a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I understand that seeking help can be a daunting step, and I want you to know that you are not alone. My approach is centered on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
