Asking for help can be difficult, but looking for a therapist is the first step towards personal growth. As a therapist, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients of all ages to work on a variety of issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, life changes, behavioral difficulties and more. I offer individual and family therapy as well as parent guidance and coaching. I currently do not have any openings, but please feel free to reach out to be added to the waitlist.
My goal is to create a strength-based, positive and affirming environment where the client feels they can be their authentic self. I work to treat the whole person, tailoring my therapeutic style towards the client’s needs. I utilize a variety of modalities including psychodynamic, holistic, non-directive play therapy and CBT.
I believe, as we navigate different stages of life, we all face different obstacles. I hope to work together to gain a better understanding of what may be contributing to current challenges and work towards overall wellness. You have made the first step to creating the best version of you!
