I provide therapy to Queer and Neurodivergent people in Colorado and Oregon. My services are in network with Kaiser of Colorado, even though this site may reference out of network. People who seek out my help generally have not had the space or guidance to explore the complexity of their identity, which often leads to feelings of worry and confusion.
In our sessions you can expect to feel supported in talking through what is challenging. We also tap into emotions using the body as a tool. Accessing the body helps us to deepen our understanding to how our experiences have impacted us and learn how to sustainability heal from those experiences.
Our ability to connect is the most important piece to our work together. I offer a free 15 minute consultation, so there is no risk to reaching out today. Take the first step toward your future and connect with me today. Sessions are currently only offered in daytime hours. No evening appointment time slots are currently available.
