Hello! I am licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, using a strengths based framework. Having worked in a mental health clinic, as an In home therapist and school based therapist, I have experience working with a diverse population with a variety of mental health challenges. I believe that therapy should be a space where we can work towards your goals, where you are seen and heard without judgment.
I support my clients in using their individual strengths and developing tools to build coping skills though the methods of CBT, motivational interviewing and solutions focused theories.
