The definition of reframe, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, is “to frame (something) again and often in a different way.” As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am a firm believer that sometimes we have to take a step back and look at things differently in order to gain a better understanding and/or move forward in achieving our goals. I will utilize a variety of integrated approaches, techniques, and theories to assist in aligning your mind, body and spirit and shift the frame to reach a different meaning, way of thinking and behavior.
