I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a bachelors degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from UConn. I utilize a goal-oriented, strengths-based approach to help clients cope with change, stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am happy to meet with you to help problem solve and provide support. I aim to help you gain self-awareness and clarity and to provide you with strategies and techniques to build on your strengths to foster healing and inner growth.

My treatment approach includes techniques and strategies from various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness therapy, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy.
