I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth or change, whether it's easily identifiable or not. Sometimes this change occurs in tiny steps and sometimes it occurs in leaps and bounds. Other times it is difficult to even recognize that growth or change is possible and we may feel stuck, down, scared, confused, or frustrated. Together we will explore what growth or change may look like for you and how it can happen.
My specialties are relationship issues, depression, loss (including pet loss), and general anxiety. Common relationship issues that I work with are abandonment fears, difficulty trusting others, frequent conflicts, breakups, or divorce.
Since childhood I have felt a passion for helping others and I have a long history of volunteering with social service agencies. I am an animal and nature lover and enjoy exploring the Puget Sound area.
