I founded The Keely Group (Online Therapy NYC) in 2016 to offer virtual to people whose lives "look great on paper" but are missing something important. Perhaps that's a great romantic partner or close friendships; maybe it's some relief from the chronic (albeit high-functioning) anxiety that keeps you up at night or some balance so as to enjoy the parts of your life that really are great. Regardless, we can help.
The Keely Group is a private, boutique, virtual therapy practice which means our therapists: 1. have exceptional training, including in the important nuances of conducting therapy online; 2. personalize treatment to each person they work with; 3. are yours to work with for as long as your therapeutic relationship with them serves you well.
Successful therapy is both art and science. A "good" therapist has practiced clinical skills plus inherent qualities that cannot be taught. I hire clinicians who demonstrate the unique qualities vital to the art of therapy and I provide clinical supervision to each therapist so as to ensure our practice consistently offers the optimal blend of both.

Deepening adult interpersonal relationships
Weekly ongoing adult process group conducted on Zoom for exploration of the ways in which we seek to connect with others and the ways in which we sabotage developing deeper connection. All genders welcome, must be in individual therapy (doesn't matter where or with whom), must meet with facilitator for screening to determine fit, must be willing to make a minimum commitment of 6-months weekly attendance.
