Regardless of your feelings coming into therapy, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel truly comfortable to express yourself, to be vulnerable, and where you feel heard and valued.
I believe that the client is the expert of their own experience, and I am just a tool to help them understand and teach them how to help themselves. I use research-based methods to guide my practice, but I am also person-centered, which means that at the heart of every intervention, activity, or discussion we have, there is genuine empathy and care from me.
