I am a clinical mental health provider working with individuals whom have experienced developmental/sexual/physical/emotional abuse. My research interests include Healthy Sexuality, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and all things EMDR. I have certification both in EMDR and DBT. In private practice, I frequently see clients with anxiety, depression, suicide ideation/attempts, personality disorders, traumas, and a host of other related symptoms.
I love to work with survivors of trauma - developmental/emotional/physical/sexual abuse. I believe strongly in working with a client to meet their individual needs when I create a treatment plan. My firm foundation is built on a Christian worldview and I incorporate Mindfulness into my practice and daily habits. I offer virtual and in person sessions.
