I am passionate about empowering individuals struggling with the various ways trauma may show up for them. Trauma responses may show up through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, physical health concerns, and so much more. These responses can also intensify when we go through challenges and transitions in life. Trauma is not "what happened to you", it is "how what happened lives in you today". With the use of evidence-based interventions, such as EMDR, there is hope for healing and learning new behaviors that contribute to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
I utilize Relational Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Dissociation, Polyvagal theory, Attachment theory, and other evidenced-based interventions to guide individuals towards healing.
Reaching out for help can often be scary but that is what makes it such a brave step. I am honored to be a part of your journey toward healing. Please reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
