Coming to therapy is like drinking coffee with an old friend, except the difference is that this friend listens very closely, does not react negatively to what you say, and only provides productive feed back. Who wouldn't benefit from that? As a therapist I provide a comfortable and safe place for you to talk through some of those difficult moments in your life. Sometimes life is just hard and you just need a little extra help.
I am comfortable working with ages 12 and up including older adults. I love working with teens struggling with self esteem, I love working with parents, and I have a personal passion in working with women struggling with postpartum depression. I also tend to work well with sexual abuse survivors.
I really enjoy working with individuals to find peace through the teachings of the Bible. I believe that God loves all His children and I work very hard to show God's kindness through my daily work. I am so blessed to be one of God's disciples. My license requires supervision. I am supervised by Dr. Dustin Shepler Ph.D, LP.
