The journey toward and through parenthood does not always go as planned. My work specializes in treating women’s unique mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy/child loss, and postpartum mood disorders. I help clients take back control of their lives by building on their strengths and developing the skills necessary for managing their specific stressors.
