I offer knowledge and expertise in the management of eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. In session, I utilize Sand Play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
When I’m not at work you’ll most likely find me outside camping or hiking, playing with my dog, buying too many plants, or catching up on my latest Netflix fixation! I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit and helping you take this next step in investing in yourself.
