I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress and social/relational concerns, as well as more severe concerns such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, behavioral issues, ADHD, ODD, and other related challenges.
In sessions I utilize a diverse mixture of modalities and believe that a trusting and collaborative relationship is key in making successful and positive changes. I truly value the importance of building rapport with others and making them feel safe and secure during their most vulnerable moments.
