I believe that a healthy life begins with healthy thoughts. My goal is to work with you in order to build more nurturing and healthy thoughts in order to build a more peaceful life. We will work through your thoughts using a collection of therapeutic practices to build a positive and loving mindset. I am a generalist who can work with just about any issue. I primarily see clients dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Children need a healthy foundation to grow into healthy, well-adjusted adults so I welcome patients of all ages to create lasting mental health strategies. With over a decade of experience working with children in pre-school and therapeutic contexts, I am passionate about helping people of all ages develop the confidence and make lasting changes.
