I specialize in Person-Centered /Rogerian therapy, and am trauma informed in my practice. This is a client centered, and relationship informed therapy, helping facilitate self actualization by using deep genuine connection, and empathy. I am interested in helping to provide a corrective emotional experience, and building new neural pathways.
