I specialize in anxiety, specifically OCD. I attended the IOCDF Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, an in-depth intensive training course in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for mental health professionals who are treating individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder. I utilize ERP, the gold standard treatment for OCD.
