Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents Group
Being raised by a parent with Narcissistic Personality Disorder can lead to long-term trauma, and a struggle to set boundaries. This 6-week group will help participants connect with others with a similar experience. We will explore feelings of inadequacy, self-blame, the fear of constant criticism, and the cycle of idealization followed by devaluation. This group will explore boundaries with our parents and how it impacts our current relationships. This group is led by Erin, who began working with individuals diagnosed with NPD over a decade ago, and quickly recognized the need for children to receive support.
