Welcome. Finding a therapist, whether for the first time or umpteenth, is daunting. For clients who have tried therapy many times previously, you will find me to be honest, warm, compassionate and direct. I have often been the therapist that "finally gets it" for clients. Together, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy and through our connection and work we will strive to create long-lasting, sustainable change. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is collaborative and authentic and I consider it a privilege to support my clients in their self exploration and growth.
I have completed extensive post-graduate training. I continue to be committed to providing best practice for my clients, regularly attending conferences and completing trainings which allow me to provide the best possible treatment for my clients. My work is centered in anti-racism work and caring for those living on the margins of society.
My clients describe me as engaged, warm and committed. I use genuine empathy, humor and directness in my work. I greatly enjoy my work and the time I spend with my clients.
