Helping individuals and families build bridges of grace from where they are now to where they want to be is my life’s work. Specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems and family issues, I have over twenty years of experiencing in partnering with individuals and families as they walk through valley days in their lives until they find a place of recovery, healing and hope. I provide individual, family and group counseling services as well as consultation and referral and social work supervision services for students and professionals.
I specialize in working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety and depression as well as relationship issues. I have a background in both mental health and addiction counseling so I can empathize with the complicated situations that individuals and families sometimes experience. I love what I do and I really enjoy working with people.
