I love working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image issues, and limiting core beliefs. I also work with executive functioning issues, self esteem concerns, and addiction. I understand the emotional and oftentimes invisible labor carried by women and will provide a place of unburdening for you!
