I work with high achievers who are struggling with feelings of shame despite professional success and want to reduce internal chaos. Clients come to me because I'm analytical, direct, and balance listening and guidance. I use EMDR as well as CBT and other treatment modalities to work towards healing, not just coping.
You’re ready to settle into an inner calm, opening you up to stronger relationships and allowing you to focus on what really matters.
