I have a special interest in life transitions, such as new parenthood or divorce, career changes, and upcoming or recent high school or college graduates. I have completed level three training in the Gottman Method, and am excited to work with couples to improve their relationships.
I'd like to help you build anew using a variety of therapeutic techniques, mostly psychodynamic, with a focus on relational psychotherapy. Trust, honesty, and collaboration are key in this process.
