It is an honor to be let into your life and I believe in your ability to make change happen. I use compassionate and accepting techniques within a systemic perspective to help you become empowered to heal and move forward. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing marital and relational issues, complicated grief and loss, and emotional dysregulation issues including anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with medical trauma, sexual trauma, and general PTSD.
When it comes to working with couples, you will find that I offer a balanced experience of both learning skills and deepening emotional safety within the couple relationship. I am EFT-trained and use that modality in my work with couples.
Born and raised in Southern Utah, I enjoy bonding with my family while being outside and find a lot of peace in being out in nature. We just moved back to Cedar and it is wonderful to finally be back home.
